I did my repeat blood test yesterday after my last one in January, where I was diagnosed with the standard symptoms of success, BP and sugar. After switching over from my high-taste low-health diet, to one consisting of 35% raw salad, I am back to health now, but low on the social acceptance rating.
All health starts from the tip of the tongue, but we currently live in a culture that promotes a tab for even the flab. The body thus becomes a mansion of medication, probably just what the doctor ordered... for himself.
You are what you ate.
"..I am back to health now, but low on the social acceptance rating.."
ReplyDeleteGoing off on a tangent like I often do-Why should we conform to a socially acceptable ideal of health or living? Are we meant to be anything other than who and what we really are? We are here to BE OURSELVES, the unique expression of the infinite US!
We eat junk food and end up obsese. Obesity is what we wanted to experience in the first place. If we vacillate between health and medication, that vacillation is what we actually seek deep down our selves- just that our social part of our personality- the superficial outward personality constantly denies that state of esxistence because it is socially non conforming!
Whatever energy we find within yourself, whether “good” or “bad,” it’s there for a reason. It was created by our energy. There are no accidents and no mistakes. It’s not random.
Whether that “unacceptable” energy is something to be healed and transformed or it’s meant to be something we experience throughout the whole of our lives, whatever role that energy is here to teach us about ourselves, it is what it is and so it’s up to us to accept that energy and allow it to be, without resistance.
If that energy is a block that’s meant to be dissolved, it will be through non-resistance. If it’s something that’s meant to be expressed and experienced in this lifetime, then we’ll allow ourselves to express it and experience it fully without judgment, guilt, or condemnation.
We can allow the energy to do what it needs to do. It’s got its own intelligence. WE are that intelligence. It’s not separate from us. We KNOW what to do.
Right now, we simply are the way we are. We may certainly be different later on, yet ironically it’s through full and total acceptance of who we are now that we find ourselves automatically rising up to the healthiest and most loving and natural state possible.
Contradictory? (Ultimate Truth to satify the litmus test of being the "ultimate truth" must be contradictory- this is a divine order!)
It is by accepting the here and now that we afford ourselves the highest probability of transforming what is here and now into something else
Sir,- 'We may certainly be different later on, yet ironically it’s through full and total acceptance of who we are now that we find ourselves automatically rising up to the healthiest and most loving and natural state possible.'
ReplyDeleteI know some people who have died without changing a bit from their birth state, knowing fully well how different they needed to be.
