Regarding my spiritual affiliation: If you ask me whether I am a Sai devotee, my answer is No. I am not a Sai devotee if it goes to mean that I follow the teachings of Sai. But I am a Sai devotee if you refer to my Absolute Devotion to the form that embodies Absolute Reality.
Yes you are right Praveen, Even if one were to assume chillies are a wise, potent and inexpensive anti- terror strategy, why would Indian military want to take away the element of surprise by giving away the details of any weapon to the terrorists via the media and he world at large. This way you are giving terror the opportunity and the time to devise a counter strategy
