Well, one is judged based on how one acts in times of crisis,- seasons of comfort are never the right premises for judging one's capabilities.

Rain-gauge
Raining like pussies and puppies, just the right weather for an excuse to be late. I reached office much earlier than everyone expected, and got to hear a comment from a colleague that I am on time only when others are late!
