Exer(t)cising

I am (literally) bending over backwards to keep my tummy in. In fact, a six-pack is not even in the cards. But it's interesting how slows your body is to respond the moment it has entered catabolism. You exercise at a constant rate, but your stomach progresses at an exponential one. Quite the reverse of what happened at 25. Life begins to catch up with you.
